In 1997 I qualified as an Osteopath and Naturopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London.
In 2005 I finished a Diploma in Chinese Medicine and Healthcare, at the Acumedic Centre and Royal Free Hospital, London
In 2014 I completed an Osteopathic Spinal Fellowship at the renowned Queens Medical Centre, Spinal unit, Nottingham, specialising in Complex spinal care.
I have worked in Louth since 2000 and have supported and volunteered for many community projects including; Louth Town Football Team, Lincolnshire Elite Athletics programme, and in 2012 was lucky enough to be involved with the Egyptian Paralympic Powerlifting Team who based their pre games training camp in Louth supported by the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.
I am an active member of both Cleethorpes Triathlon club, and Louth Triathlon Club
